Book: Finding Forever
Author: Christina C. Jones
Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars
When you discover an author that you like and really get
into her work, it’s the most amazing feeling. I love discovering new authors
daily and I am always on the hunt for new books to read. That will never
change. I do come across some books that are really not worth reading and
sometimes it makes me not want to try new authors but then I get surprised by
someone and that kicks that argument right out the door.
My most current favorite book is from one of my new favorite
authors Christina C. Jones.
I know, I know… I say
this a lot but I keep discovering awesome authors who deserve to be on this
list!
And this sister can write! I got a sample of her novel ‘Finding
Forever’ a while back and I liked it but for some reason, I never bought the
book. So when I went searching again for new authors I decided to get her book.
So worth it!
‘Finding Forever’ is about a matchmaker who decides to live
in the moment during her best friend’s wedding and it ends in a disaster. She
goes home hoping to start fresh and we all know how the past has a way of
catching up to you if you try to run away before it’s resolved. And that's exactly what happens!
Her writing is phenomenal and she knocked my socks off with
that book! I thoroughly enjoyed it! I laughed, cried, and felt every emotion
she put into her characters. Tori and Avery were amazing together. And I loved
that she didn’t rush them into a happily ever after. Their story ended
perfectly!
Below you will find the details of the book and where to
purchase it!
Happy Reading! I know you will enjoy it!
After her latest ill-fated attempt to find a forever
relationship of her own, Tori Kennedy is content with connecting the dots for
others, bringing them together in pursuit of lifetime love. Fresh off of the
demise of her marriage, she decides to take advantage of an opportunity to do
something a little — okay, a lot — crazy, and heavily fueled by an overload of
emotions.
Thinking that her impulsive decision and its disastrous
results are behind her, Tori moves forward with her pursuit of a happily single
existence, until her best friend contacts her with a request that places a
constant reminder in her life : Avery.
Avery Anderson is the epitome of “the kind of guy your momma
warned you about.” Handsome, successful, charming… and not at all interested in
being roped into anything that resembles love. Tori ending up in his bed
doesn’t surprise him at all — it’s just what he does— but his feelings
afterwards? That’s another story. An ultimatum placed on him by his little
sister puts him back in arm’s reach of the pretty matchmaker that he can’t get
off of his mind, but she’s not taking the bait this time.
Tori just wants to be rid of him so that she can move on
with her life, and it’s not Avery’s style to chase someone who doesn’t want to
be caught. When both parties are content to let the spark flicker out, can love
— or something like that— still lead the way to forever?

Check out the second book in the Friends and Lovers series:
After a rejection from a long-time crush throws him off his
game, Brandon Jensen decides that maybe it's time to start a new one, with the
beautiful Nadia Clark on his team.
She's just right for what he has in mind. Quiet and laid
back, while still being undeniably energetic and appealing. But there's a
reason behind Nadia's reserved nature. She's starting over, and while something
casual with Brandon seems like a nice distraction... it's just that. A
distraction.
Neither of them went into this thing — whatever it is —
looking for the type of unspoken connection that they find. Nadia is just
trying to a build a life, and Brandon isn't interested in chasing a
commitment...until it starts to slip away.
Also check out her newest novel from her Serendipitous Love
series (Book 5):
Two years after leaving the neighborhood to pursue an
opportunity she couldn’t pass up, Sydnee Scott is back. She’s smart, sassy, and
maybe a little bit spoiled, but she’s ready to reclaim her place in her family,
and in the family business…
Or not.
That spot is currently filled by Harlan Ramsey, head
manager. He came to Stacks – the man, and the restaurant named after him –
looking for connection, and he got it, in the form of a surrogate family. He’s
frustratingly handsome, charming to the point of annoyance, and according to
her father, Sydnee is supposed to think of him as her brother.
Seriously?
She’d rather not think of him at all.
They used to be friends, and were almost more before a
betrayal shifted them apart. Sydnee has been comfortable in her anger for two
long years, but when her father requests that they work together, they’re
forced to confront how they really feel for each other. A decision has to be
made: remain at odds, or give in to a love that has always been brewing, before
it’s too late to matter?
